  • Experience creating systems that drive new agent development.
  • Experience growing and scaling teams.
  • Understanding of recruiting best practices.

The Field Marketing Manager will play a significant role in the strategic planning and expansion of the lead generation force in assigned territory. Leading all field marketing efforts, the Manager is responsible for the overall success and growth of their teams.
