  • Meet the state clinical supervisor requirement (LMHC, LMFT, LSW, or other related licensure required)

Preferred

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish

Salary Range: $75,000 - $78,000

Position Summary:

Full-Time Clinical Supervisor available for our outpatient Behavioral Health Department in Federal Way. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervision of clinical staff; intern supervision; training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; assisting Program Manager with hiring and staff evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; contract compliance; carrying a small case load of clients to provide direct care; and other duties as needed. This position is currently eligible for a monthly retention incentive for every hour worked in addition to your base pay rate.

Qualifications and/or Requirements:

+ Must possess a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in counseling or social sciences.

+ Must have at least 5 years of clinical practice and management experience.

+ Must be a Mental Health Professional; certification as a minority Mental Health Specialist as prescribed by WAC.

+ Must meet the state clinical supervisor requirement. LMHC, LMFT, LSW, or other related licensure required.

+ Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred not required.
