  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a positive attitude and disposition
  • Effectively communicate with and manage vendors

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Prior Executive Administrative experience
  • Proficient in basic office math
  • Skilled internet researching capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks efficiently
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time, in-person at ASA's New York office

Preferred

  • Prior event planning or non-profit organization experience

Office Location: Hybrid / 3-5 days a week in Midtown, NYC Office

Job Summary

American Skin Association, a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization, with the mission of advancing research in skin biology and championing skin health, particularly among children, is seeking an experienced and independent individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle printing, mailing, shipping, and FedEx coordination
  • Collaborate with IT to address tech issues for the team, providing internal tech
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of ASA's office
  • Taking ownership of and executing projects
