  • Sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, and lift and carry out trash containers to an outside bin.
  • Clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
  • Tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass background check criteria
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Strong analytical/decision-making skills

SHIFT LEAD

CA $21.25 - $22.25/HOUR

You are applying for work with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.

You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You'll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ 1- 2 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment

+ Basic personal computer literacy

+ Prepare food menu items with the upmost respect for food safety

+ Lead a shift of Team Member with professionalism
