- Utilize proprietary software to list, schedule, and quote fabrication projects.
- Provide both technical leadership and assist in training less expert machinists.
Qualifications
Required
- 3 years of direct supervisory/management experience as a job site foreman, fab shop supervisor, or project manager preferred
- 2+ years experience in the mechanical contracting or process piping industry preferred
- Familiarity with welding and fabrication
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Knowledge of welding techniques, (oxygen-acetylene, electric arc, and TIG).
- Hands on experience and training on pre and post heating, surface hardening, and Weld Inspections
- Ability to read prints and illustrate detailed knowledge of pipe fitting procedures and skills
- Must have good problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with individual contributors, teams, peers, and leadership.
