The Warehouse Attendant at Kinder Morgan is responsible for preparing and completing warehouse orders for in-house delivery or pickup, performing inventory controls, maintaining high-quality standards, and assisting with logistics coordination. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and complete warehouse orders for in-house delivery or pickup according to schedule.
  • Perform all duties with strict adherence to Kinder Morgan's Corporate Policy.
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
  • Perform inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards for audits.
  • Assist with logistics coordination to transport materials.
  • Process inventory within company internal system for all receivables and orders.
  • Coordinate with vendors for light procurement needs (e.g., office supplies, equipment).
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment, optimizing space utilization.
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment. Perform daily preventative maintenance on forklift, vehicle, and equipment.
  • Resolve any material discrepancies, shortages or damages.
  • Operate under all safety, environmental and ethical guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker (2-5 years of experience)
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems (Proficiency in Infor - Lawson, and CMMS- Maximo a plus)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (Lift up to 50 lbs., able to also work from heights)
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery (forklift, pallet jack, tele handler). Capable of performing pre-use inspections on equipment
  • Experience with Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, Teams, and Power point)
  • High school degree
  • Must be eligible and maintain a Transportation Workers Identification Credential as issued by DHS/USCG

  • Mechanical/Electrical technical knowledge
