- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all types of HVAC and Refrigeration Systems within the facility.

- Maintain Pneumatic Controls, Building Automation System.
- Operate and monitor Pneumatic Tube System, Elevators, and Fire Alarm System.
Qualifications
Required
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of basic technical or occupationally specific training in HVAC Refrigeration.
- 5-7 years of previous work related experience.
- EPA Type 4 Certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Compliance with Qualifications to Drive a System Vehicle.
- Compliance with all policies as outlined in the SJHS Fleet Management & Safety Program.

Job Overview

Qualifications
Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent and one but less than two years of basic technical or occupationally specific training in H.V.A.C. Refrigeration and five to seven years of previous work related experience. EPA Type 4 Certification required. Valid driver's license required, as well as compliance with Qualifications to Drive a System Vehicle as well as all policies as outlined in the SJHS Fleet Management & Safety Program.
