- Logging and tracking vehicle usage
- Assisting passengers with boarding and off-boarding from the vehicle
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Current and valid Commercial Driver's License Class C (or higher) with Passenger endorsement
- Current and valid D.O.T. Physical/Medical Examiner's Certificate
- Acceptable history of safe driving as noted through a 3-year driving record check
- Minimum of three years of verifiable driving experience
- High school diploma or GED

- Transportation services experience

Highland Springs is a beautiful 89-acre continuing care retirement community in North Dallas, Texas. We're part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states-and growing.
_We are hiring a CDL Driver (with their Passenger Endorsement) for Part Time Evenings & Weekends [20 Hours Per Week] to provide services to our residents._
The individual is responsible for ensuring the safe travel of the residents, visitors, and employees of the facility. This position requires licensing and certification.
**How you will make an impact:**
+ Transporting residents, staff, and visitors on scheduled, and unscheduled appointments
+ Operating vehicles equipped with wheelchair ramps and lifts
+ Operating passenger buses and sedans
+ Preparing vehicles for usage, including performing pre & post-trip vehicle inspections, refueling, and other related tasks
+ Logging and tracking vehicle usage
+ Assisting passengers with boarding and off-boarding from the vehicle

**What you will need:**
+ Driver must be a minimum of 21 years of age to drive.
+ A current and valid Commercial Driver's License Class C (or higher) with Passenger endorsement is required. This license must be maintained as a condition of employment.
+ A current and valid D.O.T. Physical/Medical Examiner's Certificate. This certificate must be maintained as a condition of employment.
+ Acceptable history of safe driving as noted through a 3-year driving record check
+ Minimum of three 3 years of verifiable driving experience as noted through a driving record check
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ Transportation services preferred
_Compensation: commensurate with experience, $15.00 - $21.00 per hour._
