369 Management Dunkin' is seeking a guest-focused team player to join the team as a Crew Member. Responsibilities
- Customer service; processing orders on the register, cash handling, following brand standards and recipes.
- Cleaning and preparing the store for the morning peak-hours, including cleaning, stocking, making coffee/beverages, and taking out the trash.
- Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and neat work environment.
- Additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- A naturally positive person who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- This is a hands-on position; candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift to 50lbs.
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Capable of counting money and making change
- Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)

**Here's what the Overnight Shift entails:**
+ Cleaning and resetting the store to prepare for the morning rush by wiping everything down, cleaning equipment, taking out the trash.
+ Baking and merchandising baked goods.
+ Prep all coffee and other beverages to be ready for the morning rush
+ Quick & friendly service for the guests (mostly regulars) that come in during the night.
