MMP Staffing Services is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our behavioral health team. The BCBA will design and implement behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff. The ideal candidate will work with clients of various ages and backgrounds to improve behaviors and quality of life using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other evaluations to identify clients' needs and behavioral challenges.
  • Utilize evidence-based assessment tools and techniques to develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
  • Set measurable goals and objectives for behavior change and skill development.
  • Provide direct ABA therapy to clients and model appropriate techniques for behavior technicians.
  • Utilize positive reinforcement, discrete trial training (DTT), natural environment teaching (NET), and other ABA strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
  • Supervise and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluuations and provide feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee data collection processes to track clients' progress and treatment efficacy.
  • Analyze data and adjust intervention plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with clients' families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and consistent care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and coordinate services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
  • Ensure all services are provided in compliance with state and federal regulations, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies.
  • Stay current with advancements in the field of ABA through continuing education and professional development activities.
  • Maintain BCBA certification and state licensure requirements.

Qualifications

Required

  • Master’s degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Current state licensure where applicable.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing ABA therapy and developing behavior intervention plans.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
