  • Perform the physical movement of on-site test assets as required by program objectives.
  • Assist with calibration coordination test asset pick-up and delivery service.
  • Perform the monthly inventory and data capture for all on-site tracked assets.
  • Assist with End User Requests (EUR) activities and transactions in the database.
  • Provide special project support as needed.
  • Maintain high work standards with limited supervision.
  • Suggest and participate in continual improvement practices and processes.
  • Interface effectively, verbally or electronically, with other personnel and take ownership of their area of responsibility.
  • Follow all site and KBR HSE&F requirements, training, and procedures.

Qualifications

Required

  • US Citizen
  • Associate Degree or an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
  • Intermediate skills with Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Preferred

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35lbs
  • Familiar with inventory management software and analysis
  • Familiar with Standard PC applications
  • Ability to use handheld industrial computer and similar data capture equipment.
  • Knowledge of Aerospace test equipment types and configurations.

Job Summary

Under minimal supervision, coordinate and track the use and movement of test assets, and assemblies, pickup and drop off assets to and from metrology. Provide regular status updates for projects and identify barriers to on time completion dates for deliverables. Verify asset data accuracy and maintain related records. Regularly communicate with customers by mail, phone, or visit for asset coordination, pickup and delivery. Inspects asset upon arrival for visible damage and delivers to requestor. Works to meet schedules and support requirements to meet customer satisfaction. Resolves most common questions and issues and refers more complex matters to higher level of support.
