Limited Permit: $31.51/hour

LMSW: $34/hour

LMHC/LCSW: $38.48/hour

We are currently seeking a few exceptional people who have a passion to create a meaningful impact in the lives of the amazing people we support.

We have a great opportunity for a positive, motivated individual to work in a multi-disciplinary, mobile outpatient OMH program with a specialty in health and self-wellness activities and initiatives for ACT recipients.

In this position, you will:

+ Perform routine team duties.

+ Responsible for integrating dual-recovery treatment with the tasks of other team members.

+ Work with the recipient to provide integrated dual disorders treatment (IDDT).

+ Conduct substance abuse assessment and substance abuse diagnosis.

+ Promote principles and practices of harm reduction.

+ Provide application of stage-wise treatment.

+ Provide motivational interviewing strategies.

Requirements:

+ Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling

+ Current NYS Social Work or Mental Health Counselor license or limited permit

+ CASAC certification preferred

+ Competency demonstrated by at least 1 year of training and/or experience in integrated mental health and substance abuse assessment and treatment, motivational interviewing techniques and stage-wise treatment

+ Clean valid NYS driver's license

+ Ability to travel independently throughout Nassau and western Suffolk counties
