Carrier is seeking a Strategic Excellence Manager to oversee sales strategy excellence for key verticals and scale enterprise customers.   • Lead NPS strategy for global enterprise accounts, as well as select NA Regional Key Accounts.
  • Partner with various teams to drive one-source of truth efforts (Vertical TAM, Digital CRM, Vertical / Customer Reporting via PowerBI).
  • Drive Aftermarket strategy execution & rigor thru Global Enterprise and NA Regional Key Accounts.
  • Develop leadership review storyline and messaging for monthly and quarterly discussions.
  • Understand macro-level market industry trends, market potential, and Carrier opportunity size by vertical.
  • Own ongoing management and improvement of opportunity modeling to support account planning.
  • Collaborate with BUs, product marketing, and Vertical Market Managers to determine current and future product & service offerings.
  • Create a strategy for resource investment and allocation by region using market forecasts.
  • Support the development and ongoing management of KPI dashboards and reports.
  • Establish business requirements and data practices for sales team systems and tools.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy and strategic insights.
  • 5+ years working in heavy data-driven analytics.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate data and insights into clear stories.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expert with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and Data Visualization Software.

We are seeking a **Strategic Excellence Manager** who will oversee Carrier sales strategy excellence for our key verticals and scale enterprise customers. Includes customer/vertical leadership, market research, sales data, and analyses to deliver vertical / customer strategies and actionable insights to accelerate and maximize customer synergies and overall growth. Strong collaboration with regional business unit leadership.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Lead lifecycle sales strategy excellence from development thru deployment & execution for key verticals, including but not limited to Data Center and Industrial / Giga / Mega projects. Includes working thru Regional execution playbooks and KPIs (Customer and Internal)

+ Lead NPS strategy for global enterprise accounts, as well as select NA Regional Key Accounts. Work with WHQ and NA CHVAC NPS team to create strong digital tie across NA CCS/ALC NPS feedback loop and actioning for comprehensive customer view and actioning.

+ Partner with various teams (sales ops, regional and functional) to drive one-source of truth efforts (Vertical TAM (Global & Regional), Digital CRM, Vertical / Customer Reporting via PowerBI)

+ Drive Aftermarket strategy execution & rigor thru Global Enterprise and NA Regional Key Accounts, including XaaS, Abound, Nlytle, AdvanTEC, Framework agreements and CEMS, as well as competitive insights. Provide strategic support for sharing strategy for International regions for accelerated growth and standardization adoption.

+ Develop leadership review storyline and messaging for monthly and quarterly discussions.

+ Understand macro-level market industry trends, market potential, and Carrier opportunity size by vertical to help drive decision-making around Enterprise sales focus and growth objectives. Determine key verticals for Enterprise sales, continually evaluate and adjust vertical priorities as internal and external factors evolve.

+ Own ongoing management and improvement of opportunity modeling to support account planning, opportunity identification, and prioritization. Incorporate market research, trends, and customer insights to provide direction on where Enterprise resources should focus their time.

+ Collaborate with BUs, product marketing, and Vertical Market Managers to determine the current and future product & service offerings/value propositions for enterprise team; bring insights and research back to the team to help build business cases and inform organic growth opportunity offerings.

+ Create a strategy for resource investment and allocation by region using market forecasts, competitive intelligence, and analysis on Carrier relationships and opportunities.

+ Support the development and ongoing management of KPI dashboards and reports to provide Enterprise sellers and leaders with visibility to track and measure success.

+ Establish business requirements and data practices for sales team systems and tools, including but not limited to setting CRM use guidelines and maintaining sales data integrity.

**Basic Qualifications:**
