  • Identify and understand client IT service needs as they relate to their business goals and collaborate with Internal Service Delivery to propose solutions that are mutually beneficial.
  • Initiate and manage sophisticated sales cycles, using the support and strengths of key internal stakeholders (Pre-Sales, Delivery Management, Solution Management, etc.)
  • Effectively communicate the “why RL Canning story” and the value we provide to customers through our offerings.

Job Overview

We are currently seeking an extremely driven, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager responsible for achieving assigned sales targets, primarily by hunting for new logos and establishing relationships that will ultimately result in selling and managing IT services within those accounts. Will manage the entire sales process, including demand generation, lead qualification, solution development/presentation, opportunity management, negotiations, and closing. Must have experience working within a professional services organization with technical aptitude with the ability to establish rapport quickly and maintain relationships to create a close network of potential customers and influencers in the industry.
