- Responsible for the overall program definition, organization, and direction of short and long range plans.
- Establishes and controls technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs.
Qualifications
Required
- Secret Clearance.
- Bachelors' degree in any technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university, or a minimum of ten (10) years of Department of Defense related business experience in Plant Property & Equipment / Asset Management in lieu of the education requirement.
- Ten (10) years of management experience in material accountability, major project or program level management of contractors/subordinates, and performance of physical inventories.

**Position Responsibilities:**
