Qualifications

Required

  • Must be a certified BCBA in good standing
  • 3+ years experience as an Associate BCBA or 5+ years experience as a Manager BCBA
  • Strong supervisory experience specific to assessment and implementation of behavior analytic programs in tiered service models
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including effective communication and solution-oriented problem-solving
  • Successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities

**BAYADA is looking for a BCBA Clinical Lead Supervisor at our Pennsauken, NJ behavior center.**

**BAYADA is seeking a full-time Clinical Leader to join us as we commit to bringing compassionate, value-based, mission driven, quality ABA services to Pennsauken, NJ and the surrounding area.**

**Location: Pennsauken, NJ**

**Job Responsibilities:**

· Serve as the clinical leader and mentor for a team of BCBAs. Conduct onsite case consults, report reviews, 1:1 mentorship, group clinical meetings, and ongoing training

· Cultivate a culture of Compassion, Excellence and Reliability for our staff and clients

· Collaborate with Director of Clinical Operations and Manager of Behavioral Operations to ensure clinical quality and ethical compliance

· Establish and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders

· Responsible for oversight and quality of center-based and in community ABA services, including quality assurance and standardization of programs
