**What you'll be doing:**

The ideal candidate will leverage their design, architecture, implementation, support and administration experience to improve and expand our cloud based solution. This is an excellent career opportunity for individuals with a network focused architecture background who would like to step into collaboration solutions in a hosted environment.

**During a Typical Day, You'll**

· Design and Implement Cloud Solutions: Develop comprehensive cloud architecture strategies that meet the organization/ client specific needs. Design cloud environments with a focus on security, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

· Network Architecture and Integration: Plan and design network infrastructure to ensure seamless integration with cloud services.

· Ensure optimal network performance, reliability, and security by implementing best practices and advanced technologies.

· Security Management: Implement robust security measures to protect data and applications within the cloud environment.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements by continuously monitoring and updating security protocols.

· . Performance Optimization: In production Identify and resolve issues proactively to optimize system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with various stakeholders, including IT teams, developers, and business leaders, to understand and address their requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to teams to facilitate effective use of cloud and network resources.

**What You Bring to the Role**

· 10 years experience in network design, implementation support, and security of complex LAN/WAN environments carrying VoIP and data.

· 3 to 5 years carrier network architecture experience.

· Advanced troubleshooting and support experience of network solutions that include: Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches, Cisco UCS Servers, Cisco ASA 5500 Series, VMware, EMC Storage platform, multiple network carriers, and Voice Over IP.

· Experience with Cisco Nexus switches and UCS infrastructure

· Experience with QOS and network virtualization

· BS in CS, preferred

· CCIE Routing & Switching or CCIE Service Provider preferred but not required
