**Responsibilities**

Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners is opening a new high touch clinic in partnership with MDVIP and is seeking to hire a new primary care physician to provide personalized services to the residents of the new Nashville Yards (https://www.nashvilleyards.com/) development in downtown Nashville. This unique opportunity allows the physician to develop a tailored, comprehensive wellness plan that delivers in-depth knowledge and one-on-one support all year long to a select panel of patients.

**Position Highlights:**

+ This clinic location is part of the MDVIP Affiliate Membership practice - Owned and operated by Ascension Saint Thomas

+ Primary Care experience required

+ Limited panel size to <600 patients

+ This allows the providers to spend more time with each patient and deliver high touch personalized care

**Requirements**

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

**Required Credential(s):**

- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility.

**Education:**

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
