  • Facilitates patient care across the health care continuum.
  • Assists other team members with meeting patient needs.
  • Is preceptor for related staff and students.

Qualifications

Required

  • Graduate of an educational program for occupational therapists approved by the California Board of Occupational Therapy and accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association’s Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE).
  • Current unrestricted Occupational Therapist License issued by California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT).
  • Current Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) issued by National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • Current Physical Agent Modalities (PAM) Certification issued by State of California for working with modalities: specialized hand diagnoses patients, pediatrics, dysphagia.
  • Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association.

Preferred

  • Minimum of one year related practice experience.

Compensation Range:

Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $54.87 - $61.72 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience.

EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Determined by patient care area. Minimum of one year related practice experience preferred.
