The CT Scan Technologist at Atlantic Health System is responsible for producing cross-section images of patients' internal organs and tissues for medical diagnosis.   • Accredited educational program related to the radiology field and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Associate's degree in Applied Science in Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Licensed by the State in Diagnostic Technology.

Preferred

  • CT Certification preferred.

Full Job Description

Responsible for producing cross-section images of patients' internal organs and tissues for the diagnosis of medical issues. Interprets a physician's scanning instructions, administering contrast materials, preparing and operating the CT scan equipment, and position the patient to capture the appropriate images.

Principal Accountabilities:
