  • Strong oral, written, and communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, and general computer knowledge.

Preferred

  • SAP knowledge
  • ODM experience
  • Bilingual Mandarin

JOB BRIEF

This position requires a reliable person to be responsible for the overall product delivery process. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind, a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. Goal is to manage the entire order cycle as to enhance business development, ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

Provide high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
  • Meet productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
  • Coordinate the process of manufacturing a product to meet delivery time.
  • Provide the first line of contact with the customer throughout the process

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:

  • 4-6 years computer industry related experience.
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware.
  • Strong oral, written and communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, and general computer knowledge. SAP is a plus.
  • ODM experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual Mandarin is a plus, to facilitate communication between factories and vendors oversea.
