We are seeking an Intake Manager responsible for oversight of the intake department and full cycle intake process. The intake department processes patient referrals from a variety of referral sources, including, but not limited to hospitals, doctor's offices, rehabs, assisted living facilities. The Intake Manager will work directly with branches and leadership to timely and effectively coordinate patient care and referral response times. The Intake Manager oversees a department of 3-4 Intake Coordinators.
This position may have weekend responsibilities depending on the needs of the business.
Requirements:
+ High school diploma/GED and a college degree
+ College degree preferred - Experience will be considered in placement of degree.
+ Minimum of 1 year management experience
+ Must be able to work after hours on-call schedule
+ Proficient Microsoft Office skills
+ Proficient typing skills
+ Effective Communication
