The Senior Systems Engineer at Fidelity TalentSource LLC will be a leading member of the Fidelity Global Security and Technology Team, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and service coordination of Fidelity’s physical security systems. Responsibilities

  • Work as a leading member of the Fidelity Global Security and Technology Team.
  • Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and associated service coordination of Fidelity’s physical security systems.
  • Support Fidelity Investments’ Security Technology hardware platform.
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on mentorship when implementing new solutions.
  • Participate in problem solving, incident resolution, performance tuning, production support, and maintenance of physical security systems.
  • Support senior management by identifying risks and ensuring the smooth continuance of business functions and integrations with all Technical Security platforms across the enterprise.
  • Provide continual improvement around technical solutions in line with the market, to automate processes and dynamically improve efficiency.
  • Function as an inspiring leader to drive problem solving and identify balanced business solutions.
  • Support the implementation of strong governance structures for all Technical Security platforms and operations.

Qualifications

Required

  • BS degree in Engineering or equivalent degree or work experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of technology experience in the installation, implementation and integration of physical security equipment and software.
  • State of Massachusetts Class D Low Voltage license.
  • Experience with installation, researching, testing and implementation of sophisticated physical security technologies.
  • Manufacturer installation certifications in the top tier network, Access Control and Video Management platforms.
  • OSHA 10 Certification or Higher.
  • Experience in trouble shooting and diagnosing security system issues.
  • Access control system programming and configuration.
  • SIP IP intercom installation, maintenance, and support.
  • IP video camera installation, configuration, maintenance, and support.
  • Intrusion Detection System installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Experience in Physical Security operational needs and requirements.
  • Ability to build and implement technology-based policies and procedures.
  • Lead Experience in IT network infrastructure installation, configuration, and management.
  • Desire and skills for learning modern technologies.
  • Ability to travel to various Fidelity sites.
  • Previous experience using business requirements to develop technical designs and define architectural strategies and solutions.
  • Ability to lead group discussions and work closely with team members.
  • Experience in leading security solution technology installation projects from evaluation to implementation.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will work as a leading member of the Fidelity Global Security and Technology Team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and associated service coordination of Fidelity’s physical security systems. The Expertise and Skills You Bring
