Responsibilities

  • Prepare, maintain, and update aircraft specifications and records in our internal systems.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of our knowledge database.
  • Ensure timely delivery and redelivery of aircraft.
  • Analyze the condition of aircraft and engines.
  • Assist in developing internal models and tools.
  • Support during pre-purchase evaluations, mid-term audits, and aircraft transitions.
  • Keep the Approved Maintenance Program for each aircraft current with all mandatory requirements.
  • Ensure all maintenance and repairs, scheduled or unscheduled, comply with applicable maintenance programs, rules, and regulations and are executed timely and cost-effectively.
  • Monitor aircraft operating hours and component lifecycles.
  • Stay updated with technical information from Regulatory Authorities and OEMs, including Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and Mandates.
  • Provide detailed inspection reports.
  • Identify and report any system discrepancies or deviations.
  • Achieve specified targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct maintenance and market analysis for aircraft.

Qualifications

Required

  • A degree in Aeronautical Engineering or an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's Licence.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an airline's technical services or an aircraft leasing company.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of commercial business aspects.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of commercial narrow and wide-body aircraft.
  • Knowledge of aircraft technical publications (AMMs, IPCs, Service Bulletins, ADs).
  • Familiarity with Aircraft maintenance programs, records, and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency in OEM data systems like MyBoeingFleet and Airbus World.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing workloads.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in data analytics and presentation is a plus.
  • Strong numerical analysis skills.
  • Willingness to learn new IT applications.
  • Effective communication skills, including technical report writing.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and a good team player.
  • Ability to travel for project support.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets on time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of EASA Part-M, Part-145, Part-21, FAA regulations, and other relevant industry regulations.
  • Skilled in interpreting and applying regulatory requirements.
  • Competent in handling large volumes of data.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Independent and efficient work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
