Lancaster Trees and Shrubs is a wholesale landscape nursery and tree farm that has been in business since 1997. We specialize in woody ornamentals with a main focus on trees and shrubs. We deliver all over the state of Florida as well as the rest of the Southeastern US. We are certified to ship to Texas, Louisiana and North Carolina.

We are looking for a qualified office assistant for long-term employment.

Duties include but not limited to making and answering sales calls for plant material, creating purchase orders, generating estimates and invoices. Formatting and replying to emails, editing marketing campaigns, along with maintaining files for vendors and customers.

Applicant must have experience with QuickBooks, Word and Excel programs. Also must have skills of time management, be detail oriented and organized. Bilingual and knowledge of plant material is desired but not required.

Pay will be based on experience, $15-$20/hr starting.
