  • Familiar with John Deere tractor model 5075E manual transmission
  • Able to release clutch and change gears smoothly on tractor
  • Dependable, enthusiastic, cheerful, and professional
  • Demonstrated interest in the Budweiser Clydesdales and willingness to learn their history
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Able to lift and carry boxes/inventory of up to 35lbs
  • Able to climb steps

Preferred

  • Basic horse handling skills

SALARY: $14.75/hour

SCHEDULE: Part-time including weekdays, weekends and holidays. Must be available 3-4 shifts per week.

ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Tractor Driver you have the opportunity to prepare the tractor and wagon before the tours. Safely escorting guests through tour route including horse pastures. Providing a memorable experience for the guests including private tours.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prep tractor and Wagon before tour including pre tour inspection (including fuel check, cleaning equipment, and checking tire pressure).

  • Following all safety, guidelines and regulations.

  • Safely operate tractor for all tours.

  • Coordinate with management on tour schedule.

  • Making sure both units are clean and presentable.

  • Monitor surroundings while operating tractor to ensure safety of all guests and horses.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Must be 21+ year-old or older.

  • Familiar with John Deere tractor model 5075E manual transmission.

  • Able to release clutch and change gears smoothly on tractor.

  • Must be dependable, enthusiastic, cheerful, and professional.

  • Must have strong customer service skills.

  • Willing to work outside in all weather conditions.

  • Able to lift and/or carry up to 35lbs.

  • Able to climb steps.
