  • Contributes to team effort by fostering ideas targeting the demographic data of the target audience

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-starter, independent worker with critical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, build relationships and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong PC knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 2-5 years previous work experience in Marketing or related field
  • Deep knowledge of the Raleigh, NC market

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field

**Job Summary:**

+ This is a remote position however candidate must be located in the Raleigh-Durham market.

+ This role will contribute to the development of marketing solutions and campaigns for the Front Store Marketing team, with a concentration in the Price Value initiative in the Raleigh-Durham market.

+ In this role, you will be the subject matter expert in the geographical region, including conducting local research and providing insights on how to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.

+ You will play a vital role in being a corporate liaison with local managers and colleagues on behalf of the campaign, motivating & influencing participation, coordinating communications and collecting feedback.

+ This role will work closely with many cross-functional partners including marketing, merchandising, consumer insights, etc.
