The Lead Teacher at Future Is Ahead ChildCare Center is responsible for overseeing their classroom and ensuring the highest quality of early care and education for each child.   • Perform ongoing assessments of children’s performance and development, adjusting educational strategies and techniques as needed.
  • Manage classroom supplies, equipment, and resources, including preparing and requesting materials necessary for daily activities and special projects.
  • Coordinate and lead special events, field trips, and activities that enhance the learning experience and engage the community.
  • Address and report any signs of emotional or developmental problems in children, working closely with parents and specialists to implement support strategies.

We are a New Large Group Childcare Center in Milwaukee (NW) looking for Lead Teachers. The Lead Teacher is responsible for his/her classroom and all aspects of ensuring that each child is nurtured, educated and provided the highest quality of early care
