As Director of Product Management for Conversational Agent Assist at Uniphore, you will be responsible for the comprehensive product strategy and a detailed roadmap for our AI-based Agent Assist solutions. Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product management cycle from Concept to Market Success, and lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with our global leadership team in defining clear short-term and long-term product strategy within the relevant market or geography
  • Identify requirements, define detailed roadmaps, and create preliminary design concepts
  • Work closely with our Engineering teams to drive the implementation of the roadmap and meet spec, quality, and timelines for all projects
  • Prioritize business requirements and translate them to product functional & technical requirement
  • Constantly analyze the competitive landscape, run gap & SWOT analyses, and define the differentiated story of your products
  • Track product pipeline and sales, and analyze growth trends and obstacles
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and implement recommendations to the roadmap
  • Own Product Documentation and Demos
  • Support the Sales and Pre-Sales teams and join sales meetings to pitch and demo the products to enterprise customers and partners
  • Develop competitive and accurate pricing models
  • Evangelize our exciting products for the sales teams, our enterprise customers, trusted market analysts and partners in media

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in delivering SaaS based / web-based products
  • Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience in Product Management for Speech Analytics and/or Virtual Voice Assistant products
  • Excellent written & oral communication
  • Experience in working with Agile methodologies
  • Experience in building products with Data Science, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Artificial Intelligence
  • Proven analytical and innovative thinking, leadership, problem solving, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
  • Domain knowledge in building & launching solutions for Contact Centers, Conversational Assistants, or Conversational AI
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Ability to engage and influence senior level executives
  • Over 4 years of experience managing a product management team

In this role, you are an pivotal part of our world class, high performing, Global Product Management team and you will report to our Senior Director Product Management.

Hiring Range:
$226,100 - $282,600 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto

The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
