Full Job Description

**Location** : Remote (Eastern Time Zone)

**Hourly Pay** : Target $50/hour (may have some flex depending on experience)

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following** :

+ Develop and complete indirect cost proposals in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines

+ Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Financial Management

+ American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Financial Management

+ Ensure accuracy and compliance in the preparation of financial documents
