ATI is seeking to hire Operations Leader to support melt operations in our Specialty Rolled Products business unit. This position will be based in Brackenridge, PA.

This position is responsible for leading a diverse, represented hourly workforce in day-to-day problem solving and troubleshooting efforts, as well as, interacting with all levels of management on a wide range of business issues.

This position will require the ability to work shifts, including weekends.

**Essential Functions:**

+ Coordinate and lead the direct assignment of work and safety controls to hourly personnel

**Basic Qualifications**

+ Leadership or supervisory experience in a professional or industrial setting

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience in Electric Furnace Melting, AOD Refining, or Continuous Casting

**Skills**

+ Ability to effectively lead a diverse and represented hourly workforce

+ An Associates Degree in a technical field is highly preferred

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Exceptional organization skills

+ Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office.

+ Candidates should have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a highly motivated team environment.
