Job Summary

Existing Clientele deal with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, PTSD, as well as marriage and family issues. We offer free clinical supervision for associates seeking hours toward licensure.

Job Qualifications
Requirements:
Must be California Licensed and in good standing without any history of disciplinary action
Access to a computer and robust reliable internet connectivity
Comfortable with technology
Comfortable working in a virtual team environment
Minimum of 23 client-facing hours per week (part-time)
Must be available for Evenings & Weekends
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a relevant field
Completion of EMDR Basic training within first 6 months of hire
Familiarity with community mental health resources
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to build rapport with clients
Strong leadership qualities
General Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and resolve relationship problems
Diagnose and treat psychological disorders within a family context
Guide clients through transitional crises such as divorce or death
Highlight problematic relational or behavioral patterns
Help replace dysfunctional behaviors with healthy alternatives
Take a holistic (mind-body) approach to wellness
Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
Assess and Develop Treatment plans
Offer assistance to individuals with a range of mental health disorders including but not limited to:
Child and adolescent behavioral problems
Grieving
Depression and anxiety
Domestic violence
Infertility
Marital conflicts
Substance abuse
Provide prevention-oriented therapy
Implement and review treatment plans
Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner - 24 hour note policy
Assist GT Healthcare in enhancing and maintaining a superior patient experience
Work in a team environment with operational and administrative staff to ensure efficient and appropriate billing for services rendered.
