  • Set up the team to hit quarterly quotas by prioritizing and handling high volumes of inbound leads and customer expansion opportunities on high-velocity cycles.
  • Ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team includes recruiting, on-boarding, and training new Account Executives.
  • Implement, improve and standardize key sales processes in service of driving consistent and repeatable revenue growth.
  • Consistently supervising sales efficiency by building Salesforce.com dashboards and reports, and analyzing customer data to identify buying/expansion/churn signals.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of SaaS experience working within revenue-focused teams responsible for selling software solutions into multiple industries.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a closing revenue team focused on accounts FTE 750+
  • Deep understanding of outbound selling and prospecting.
  • Understanding of a relationship-led, growth sales motion that expands the product footprint within a complex organization.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passionate about our overall mission and how customers can use Airtable.
  • Scrappy, resourceful and a creative problem solver.

Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid)

Please note, this is a hybrid position based in Austin with the expectation of 3 days a week in office.

What you'll do

+ Support direct reports by participating in prospect meetings and engaging in other corporate resources as required.

For all work locations (including remote), the base salary range for this role is:

$117,000 - $175,500 USD
