  • Knowledge of portion control and basic units of measure
  • Knowledge of basic computer software systems
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions
  • Ability to safely operate food service equipment
  • Ability to push, carry, and lift large boxes, bags of food and food carts
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
