- Knowledge of portion control and basic units of measure
- Knowledge of basic computer software systems
- Ability to follow oral and written directions
- Ability to safely operate food service equipment
- Ability to push, carry, and lift large boxes, bags of food and food carts
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
