**Required Competencies**

+ At least 1 year of experience managing employees in the restaurant industry as a General Manager, preferably in a quick service restaurant (QSR) environment

+ 1 year of interviewing and determining hiring decisions

+ 1 year of scheduling experience

+ 1 year of inventory and truck ordering experience

+ 1 year of cash handling experience

+ 1 year of customer service experience

+ 1 year of managing food and labor costs/metrics

+ A leader and role model for the employees

+ Top - notch customer service skills

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Excellent leadership skills

+ A passion to drive numbers

+ Proven experience building winning teams

+ Active ServSafe Certification preferred

+ At least 18 years of age

+ High school Diploma/Equivalency

+ Valid Driver's License

+ Must submit to a background check
