- Maintains all clinical documentation, reporting, record keeping, treatment planning, screening, assessment, and discharge planning (as supported by certification or license scope of practice)
- Provides group and individual treatment interventions (as supported by certification or license scope of practice)
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- At least six months of experience in human services
- Must possess a valid New York State Driver's license
