We are seeking an ERP/CRM Administrator to join our team in Mesquite, Texas. The role involves handling ERP/CRM consulting, client-side scripting, and cloud technologies. The successful candidate will manage ERP/CRM systems, enhance user experience through client-side scripting, leverage cloud technologies for system availability, manage database systems, oversee EO/IR systems, perform AB testing, develop APIs, manage business process functions, and implement configuration management.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage our ERP/CRM system to ensure seamless operation and use.
- Use client-side scripting to enhance user experience and improve system performance.
- Leverage cloud technologies to ensure system availability, scalability, and security.
- Manage and update database systems to ensure accurate data storage and retrieval.
- Oversee EO/IR systems to ensure effective operation and maintenance.
- Perform AB testing to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Develop APIs to integrate our ERP/CRM system with other software and applications.
- Understand and manage business process functions within the ERP/CRM system.
- Prepare business requirement documents to guide system development and enhancement.
- Implement configuration management to ensure system stability and control.
Qualifications
Required
- Demonstrable experience in ERP/CRM administration
- Proficient in Client Side Scripting
- In-depth knowledge of Cloud Technologies and their application in business
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their role in customer relationship management
- Strong understanding of Database systems and their management
- Practical experience with EO/IR systems
- Ability to conduct AB Testing and interpret the results
- Proficient in API Development
- Understanding and experience in Business Process Functions
- Ability to interpret and write Business Requirement Documents
- Experience in Configuration Management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator with expertise in end-to-end implementations and workflow management, particularly within the light industrial or big box retail sectors. This role focuses on optimizing the NetSuite environment, ensuring seamless system integration, and driving continuous ERP improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
NetSuite Administration:
+ Oversee daily NetSuite operations, including user access, configuration, and system maintenance.
+ Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
+ Monitor and troubleshoot system performance.
Implementation & Integration:
+ Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, including data migration and system integration.
+ Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
+ Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
Workflow & Process Optimization:
+ Design and maintain NetSuite workflows, scripts, and customizations.
+ Develop reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
+ Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
Support & Troubleshooting:
+ Serve as the primary contact for NetSuite issues, ensuring timely resolution.
+ Manage system upgrades and integrations with IT and third-party vendors.
+ Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and processes.
Requirements
Experience:
+ 3-5 years as a NetSuite Administrator, preferably in light industrial or retail environments.
+ Proven experience in leading NetSuite implementations.
Skills:
+ Strong knowledge of NetSuite, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
+ Experience with ERP systems, workflows, and integrations.
+ Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
+ Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred:
+ NetSuite certifications.
+ Experience with retail POS, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
