Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related field
  • 5-15 years of relevant experience in K-12 school construction
  • Managed crews of ten (10) or more tradesmen
  • Managed all subcontractors on a single project
  • Organize site project progress meetings, compile meeting minutes and perform preconstruction meetings
  • OSHA 30 hour, First Aid/CPR
  • Ability to perform layout with use of construction survey equipment

  • Understanding of plans, specifications and construction documents
  • Strong work ethic, decisive, ambitious, with an unwavering commitment to quality
  • High level of motivation, integrity, and commitment to team and customer
  • Results-orientated with proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines

We are assisting a highly respected, Texas based national commercial general contractor. This contractor specializes in a range of construction services, including commercial, K-12, Higher Education, Municipal, Public Safety, and Senior Living. They have become one of the top schools builders in the United States and operate in 25 offices. This GC is known for its commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, and has a team of experienced professionals who work closely with clients to deliver successful projects.



We are looking to hire a K-12 Senior Project Manager and Project Manager with experience building schools and successfully working w/ various school districts in DFW.
