- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity, individualized care, and consideration of residents' age and developmental needs when providing care and treatment.
- Fulfill other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related field supplemented by courses in business administration.
- Ten (10) years of work experience in a correctional or secure forensic mental health facility.
- At least five (5) years of managerial level experience.
- Certification as a state correctional officer.
