Description

A growing firm in Pasadena is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support their team. The firm handles a mix of business litigation, judgement enforcement, and appellate work. The ideal paralegal has 4+ years of civil litigation and trial experience.

Responsibilities of Role:

+ E-filing - state and federal, with some appellate

+ Discovery - heavy on propounding

+ Preparing and serving subpoenas

+ Trial prep - tables, bookmarking, exhibits

+ Calendaring and deadline management

+ Billable requirement - none

Requirements:

+ 4+ years of civil litigation experience

+ State and Federal e-filing

+ Trial experience

Compensation:

Salary: up to $75-85K (DOE) + benefits
