CT Scan Technologist, Per Diem, HMC

Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem CT Scan Technologist for Newton Medical Center.

+ Accurately interpret CT Protocols and correctly position the patient for the exam.

+ Operate CT scanner equipment in accordance with prescribed radiation standards (ALARA).

+ Evaluate CT scans for technical quality.

+ Utilize EPIC -Radiant and PACS to schedule and transmit images to the Radiologist for interpretation.

+ Prepare and administer contrast material using the power injector.

Minimum Education:

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ Completion of a 24 month AMA School of Radiologic Technology

License/Certifications:

+ NJ State RT License

+ ARRT

+ ARRT CT advanced registry

Relevant Experience:

+ 1+ years of experience preferred
