Qualifications
Required
- Must be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or have a valid Personal Care Aide (PCA) certificate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a formal training program approved by the state
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy

Ultimate Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) & Personal Care Aides (PCA) in the following Orange County locations:
+ Newburgh
+ Middletown
+ Goshen
+ Port Jervis
+ And all surrounding towns and cities
Pay Rate: Standard HHA/PCA: $19.00 per hour w/ Benefits Veteran Affairs Cases/Private Pay: $22.00 per hour Live-In: $260.00 per shift
What you'll be doing:
+ Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
+ Monitor and report vital signs to the supervising nurse
+ Provide emotional support and companionship
+ Perform light housekeeping tasks
+ Escort clients to medical appointments
+ Document activities and observations
What we're looking for:
