**Sodexo Campus Segment** has a great opportunity for you as a **Food Operations Manager 3** at **Southern Connecticut State University** located in **New Haven, Connecticut** . Sodexo Dining Services partners with SCSU to operate a comprehensive dining program which includes a resident dining location, popular retail food platforms, catering, summer conference business and more.

**The successful candidate will:**

+ have oversight of day-to-day operations;

+ Assumes General Manager's (GM) responsibilities and authority in their absence

+ deliver high quality food service;

+ achieve company and client financial targets and goals;

+ develop and maintain client and customer relationships;

+ develop strategic plans;

+ Provides supervision for food services at account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the company.

+ Implements business practices in order to uphold company mission, values and commitments made in the Sodexo client contractual agreement.

+ create a positive environment;and/or

+ ensure Sodexo standards are met.

+ **Union experience is highly preferred.**
