The Partner Development Representative at Jabra is responsible for prospecting, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners, maintaining and updating CRM records, and serving as the primary contact for partners within assigned territory.   • Establish, maintain, and track pipeline to close
  • Achieve or exceed established target revenue, margin and other KPI's
  • Implement basic sales plans with the goal to meet and exceed the company's target growth and margin targets
  • Travel to partner locations to conduct trainings to further educate partners on Jabra and our offerings
  • Travel to distribution events to engage with sales teams and partners

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and practical relevant experience in sales
  • 3 - 5 years of partner development or inside sales experience
  • Experience in a distribution sales environment
  • Ability to cold call, qualify leads and follow up to build new business and meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Knowledge of the indirect sales cycle
  • Strong work ethic and successful experience managing multiple accounts
  • Ability to create workload through proactive sales activities and mindset
  • Capable of successfully implementing and managing the sales cycle within established client base
  • Able to work independently
  • Results oriented, self-starter, energetic and determined to succeed
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Creative, logical, and outgoing person willing to try new approaches

**Position Summary:**

**Travel:**

+ 25-40%

**Pay Transparency Notice:**

Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 with an additional sales incentive compensation plan targeted at $20,000.00 annually.

Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
