- Coordinate medical management and care with Primary Care providers and other medical personnel in multidisciplinary health care delivery system.
- Provide Hematology/Oncology on-call services as assigned.

- Active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting Hematology/Oncology Physicians to provide onsite services to eligible beneficiaries of the VA Western New York Healthcare System located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215. If you accept employment with Ansible, you must also acknowledge that any assigned schedule is subject to change at the direction of either Ansible or its customers.

+ The Physician will evaluate, triage, and prioritize requests from Primary Care providers and others for outpatient Hematology/Oncology subspecialty consultations.
+ They will obtain medical histories, conduct physical examinations, order and evaluate appropriate laboratory testing, and plan and prescribe treatment for patients.
+ The Hematologist/Oncologist will coordinate medical management and care with Primary Care providers and other medical personnel in multidisciplinary health care delivery system.
+ Provide Hematology/Oncology on-call services as assigned.
Qualifications
+ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Osteopathic Medicine
+ Active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia

+ Must be able to pass a federal background investigation

+ Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
+ Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
+ Lift up to 20 lbs
+ Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
+ Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
