Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for both sourcing top-tier candidates and conducting new business development to acquire new clients. Additionally, the Account Manager will manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Leverage Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and other advanced sourcing techniques to find passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates who meet the specific requirements of open positions.
- Screen candidate resumes and profiles to assess qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Engage with potential candidates to gauge their interest and availability.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to acquire new clients within the designated region.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to approach them.
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.
- Present Diamond Peak Recruiting's services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
Account Management:
- Manage and build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their recruitment needs are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their open positions and candidates.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Participate in networking events and industry associations to expand professional network and stay current with market developments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or account manager in the recruitment industry.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough candidate research and identify qualified candidates.
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
