  • Assist with SAP S4 ERP implementation.
  • Lead automation projects for CNC machining and robot welding.
  • Troubleshoot issues with CNC machines and robot welding equipment.
  • Mentor CNC and robot welding operators and technicians.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Expertise in lean manufacturing and Quality Management Systems.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SAP ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with robot welding and CNC programming is preferred.

Preferred

  • Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Lean Certification.
