We are hiring a Nurse Educator, RN for our Continuing Care facility. The Nurse Educator/Staff Development Coordinator, is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the onboarding of all new staff within Continuing Care. They serve as a mentor to our healthcare employees by providing the guidance, support and education.
The Nurse Educator partners with the clinical leaders and members of the Interdisciplinary Team to assist with professional development programs and orientation. They assist in identifying education trends and provide ongoing education sessions and in-services as identified by trend.

What we offer:
Compensation: Salary up to $100k/year
Sign On Bonus: $7,500
Schedule: M-F Day Shift, with occasional need to flex hours to meet the needs of evening/overnight shift.
