  • Conduct reimbursement activities, including benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain frequent contact with relevant parties.
  • Report Adverse Events and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with inter-departmental associates and exercise judgment within SOPs.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy, medical insurance, reimbursement hub, physician’s office, healthcare setting, or insurance
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Criminal Background & Drug Screening
  • 2 verifiable employment references

Preferred

Job Title: Healthcare/Reimbursement Case Manager


Location: Remote/WFH | **FL/NC/TX Residents ONLY**


Pay: $18.00 - $23.00/hourly


Schedule: 8:00am – 8:00pm EST *Must be available to work within those hours*

Position Overview:

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy, medical insurance, reimbursement hub, physician’s office, healthcare setting, or insurance *REQUIRED*.
  • 2+ years of experience in reimbursements *REQUIRED*.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel with strong keyboard skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and pharmacy/medical benefits.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and customer satisfaction focused.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team member and solve problems.
