SNF Solutions is a nationwide, full-service billing and consulting firm focused exclusively on the unique needs of Skilled Nursing Facilities. We are looking for a remote SNF (Nursing Home) Billing Specialist who is detail-oriented and highly organized. Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task while working under pressure with timely filing deadlines. We are looking to fill a full-time or possibly a part-time/subcontract position. Pay is determined based on experience and can be discussed.


MUST HAVE familiarity with:

  • PCC - PointClickCare
Familiarity with any of these is good, but not required:

  • Net Solutions
  • AHT
  • My Ability – Ability
  • Availity
  • As well as multiple Insurance/Managed Care Claim Web Portals
MUST HAVE Experience with billing:

  • Medicare
  • Medicaid (Multiple States a plus)
  • Managed Medicaid (Multiple States a plus)
  • Insurance and Managed Care Insurance
  • Co-Insurance
Skills:

  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Efficient in follow-up on outstanding claims.
  • Organization and attention to detail.
  • English proficiency is required.
